Welcome to the new information technology site maintained by Smith College Information Technology Services (ITS). The site is a comprehensive collection of technology resources and services at Smith for community members. The resources and important information covered on this website include systems and services for which ITS is primarily responsible and some that are primarily supported by our campus technology partners.
It’s our goal to ensure each member of the Smith community—students, faculty, and staff—has the access and support necessary to have a successful digital experience at Smith. From obtaining your OneCard to troubleshooting software issues, we hope you can find the resources you need here.

If you need in-person support, ITS has two walk-up service points on campus, the User Support Center in Seelye Hall B8 and the Central Service Point in Neilson Library.
Seelye Hall B8
The User Support Center provides telephone, email, and walk-in support for Smith students, faculty, and staff. The technical support team assists with desktop software and web-based services, OneCard, Smith Account, printing, and more.
Neilson Library, Level G
Borrow computer and digital media equipment. Get assistance with loan equipment, printing, using library workstations, and basic computer troubleshooting. Visit the Libraries website for hours and equipment loan information.
IMPORTANT: Seelye Hall will be closed this summer for work associated with the geothermal project. The ITS User Support Center, normally on the lower level of Seelye Hall, will be located in the Morris House living room starting May 27. The Classroom Help Support Desk will be located in the Morris House entryway.
For more detailed information about how to reach us, including walk-in hours, phone numbers, and ticket forms, as well as additional resources, see Request Help.
The VPIT-CIO focuses on organization-wide administrative, financial, and planning matters for ITS as a whole.
