Welcome to the information technology site maintained by Smith College Information Technology Services (ITS). It’s our goal to ensure that students, faculty, and staff have the access and support necessary to have a successful digital experience at Smith. From obtaining your OneCard to troubleshooting software issues, we hope you can find the resources you need here.
To learn about how the site is organized and ways to browse resources or find something specific, see Using This Site. (Not finding something you're looking for? Please let us know.)
To find information about a specific topic, use the site search (magnifying glass at the top of the page) or head to A to Z Resources.
See Status for notices about planned maintenance and active service alerts across Smith services and platforms.
We're thrilled to kick off the new academic year and support the Smith community with the technology you need to succeed. We encourage you to check out our curated resource pages to find essential tools and topics quickly and easily: Teaching, Learning, and Working. As we begin the semester, remember to stay vigilant about Cybersecurity—be cautious of phishing emails and make sure to use strong passwords. Also, a reminder for all faculty and staff that we will continue our weekly patching schedule for Smith-assigned computers to keep systems secure. We're here to help if you have any questions. Have a great year!
