Using This Site

Navigation

From the top menu bar, navigate to:

• Curated landing pages for all Smith community members: Teaching, Learning, and Working. Each page has helpful information and links to topics relevant to that role.

• Under the About section, read about the site, the ITS team and our campus partners, and important policies and practices.

• Head to the A to Z Resources page to find links to all topics included on the site. Find what you need quickly, including information about OneCard, Printing, Wi-Fi and more.

• The Status page will display service notices and alert you to any service interruptions or outages across major IT services and applications at Smith.

• Request Help:

  • Submit a ticket for a specific issue or question about anything related to IT at Smith

  • Find contact information and hours for support teams on campus that are available to help.

Searching

To search the site:

• Site search: Select the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the page to search the entire site for a relevant page.

• Page search: On any page, press Control+F (or Command+F for a Mac) on your keyboard to find and jump to all occurrences of your search term.

• Page jump links: Use jump menus (available at the top of longer pages) to see what's covered on that page and skip to that section.
