When you select one of the request buttons, a form will open with specific fields tailored to the type of service request you’ve chosen. Fill out the details and submit your request—once you do, the ticketing system will create a support ticket and route it to the most appropriate IT team. You’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket number for future reference. Each time a team member responds or posts a status update, you’ll receive an email message.

Seelye Hall will be closed this summer for work associated with the geothermal project. The ITS User Support Center, normally on the lower level of Seelye Hall, will be located in the Morris House living room starting May 27. The Classroom Help Support Desk will be located in the Morris House entryway.

Digital media production space and support, open during Neilson Library’s open hours. Drop-in student support hours are more limited, and staff are also available by appointment.
