Adobe for Faculty & Staff

Smith employees have access to Adobe Express Premium and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The full Adobe Creative Cloud suite is available only by request.

Adobe Express

Available to the Smith community, Adobe Express Premium is a cloud-based visual content creation and design tool. You can access features on both campus computers and your personal devices and access thousands of templates and Adobe Stock images. For more information, see Adobe Express.

Adobe Acrobat Pro

On Smith-owned computers to all Smith employees, Adobe Acrobat Pro can be used to:

• Edit PDFs: Modify text and images, add, delete, or rotate pages, and adjust document structure directly.

• Convert and Export: Transform PDFs into Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or image formats.

• Combine and Split: Merge multiple files (documents, spreadsheets, images) into one PDF or split them apart.
