This service is available exclusively to:
Members of the President's Team traveling internationally for college business.

Faculty conducting international research travel sponsored by or related to Smith College.
Exceptions to these criteria will only be considered with the assessment and explicit approval of the relevant President’s Team member prior to ITS review.
Eligible travelers may request a Smith College-issued iPhone or iPad, pre-configured and secured for international use.
Devices include:
Access to Smith-supported, work-related applications (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Chrome, Zoom, Duo, Slack).
An active international cellular/data plan for the duration of travel (only available on iPhones, not iPads).
Security settings and configurations to protect the device and data.
