Welcome to the new information technology site maintained by Smith College Information Technology Services (ITS). This site is a comprehensive collection of technology resources and services at Smith for community members. The resources and important information covered on this website include systems and services for which ITS is primarily responsible and some that are primarily supported by our campus technology partners.
It’s our goal to ensure each member of the Smith community—students, faculty, and staff—has the access and support necessary to have a successful digital experience at Smith. From obtaining your OneCard to troubleshooting software issues, we hope you can find the resources you need here.
To learn about how the site is organized and ways to browse resources or find something specific, visit Using This Site. (Not finding something you're looking for? Please let us know.)
To search the site for a specific topic, head to A to Z Resources or use the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page.
See Status for notices about planned maintenance and active service alerts across Smith services and platforms.
The new ITS Website launched on May 27! For more, check out our News & Events page.
ITS holds regular sessions to share the latest updates about IT strategic initiatives, major projects, and technology news. The latest meeting took place on June 17. See ITS Community Meetings for more information about what was shared this month.
